The room was fairly quiet and a nice size with a private bathroom. A roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were a plus. The location was comfy, a short walk to many restaurants, different restaurants/shopping centers, and Best Western Valley Plaza. The excellent service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations.

My room was perfect and big size with a comfortable bed. The pool was excellent, the staff here was top-class. The location was marvellous - just off many restaurants and shopping, Dow Gardens or downtown and all shops in Midland. It also was in the Jacuzzi area.

The pool area is good too. Breakfast with waffles, sausage plus fruits. Great location close to different restaurants / shopping centers and Best Western Valley Plaza, easy check-in.

My king room was beautiful with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. All the necessary amenities were there, including a bathroom with a roll-in shower. The location couldn't be more convenient, especially in the Jacuzzi area. The staff was professional and very friendly.
